Professional Bio
Dr. Alexis Korostoff Rieber is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and Head and Neck Surgeon specializing in
Pediatric Otolaryngology. With advanced fellowship training, Dr. Rieber provides compassionate care for a wide range of pediatric ENT conditions. Whether she is treating common issues like chronic sinusitis and nasal congestion or managing complex airway disorders and neck masses, her goal is to provide every child with a clear path to better health. She has particular expertise in treating tethered oral tissues, obstructive sleep apnea and
hearing loss.
Expertise
She has special interest in newborn and pediatric feeding and breathing disorders. She is uniquely trained as a pediatric surgeon and
Certified Lactation Counselor to advise and assist breastfeeding mothers and families of children with sleep, swallowing and speaking issues. She works closely with a tight knit community of pediatricians, lactation consultants, speech therapists, occupational therapists and subspecialty physicians to ensure her patients receive the best multi-disciplinary comprehensive care possible.
Education
Growing up in Pasadena, Dr. Rieber attended Polytechnic School before graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with a magna cum laude degree in Psychology and Photography. She completed her premedical training at Scripps College in Claremont. Dr. Rieber is a Graduate of Highest Distinction from Keck School of Medicine at USC where she also completed her ENT residency. She has a fellowship degree in Pediatric Otolaryngology from Vanderbilt University.

Dr. Rieber is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a member of the
American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Society for Ear, Nose and Throat Advances in Children and the
American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology. She spends her free time chasing around her two wonderful children, Hannah and Ben, and two sometimes-wonderful rescue dogs. She also has a pet pig named Petey and chickens. She loves backpacking, animals, gardening, cooking and traveling.
